Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by mail or email). You may use the withdrawal form below or formulate your own statement.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that

are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or

are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This includes products that are personalized with names or initials or knitted in individually chosen colors.
Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, both parties must return the received services. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. A refund will be issued as soon as the returned goods have been received. The return must take place within the 14-day period.
